How do I find my booking confirmation?

Every confirmed booking appears under My bookings in your account, with the voucher, the supplier's contact details and the cancellation deadline. A copy is also emailed to you immediately after payment.

Can I book without creating an account?

You need an account to complete a booking. It lets us show member prices, store your vouchers and let you manage changes yourself. Registration takes less than a minute.

What is a Flash Deal?

Flash Deals are time-limited rates released by our partners. Prices are visible only to signed-in members, stock is limited, and the deal disappears when the countdown ends or the allocation sells out.

Can I pay at the property instead of online?

On rates marked Pay at property, yes — we only take your card as a guarantee. Flash Deals and non-refundable rates must be paid online at the time of booking.

Is my card stored securely?

Card details are handled by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. We only store the brand, the last four digits and the expiry date so you can reuse a saved card.

In which currency am I charged?

Prices are displayed in EUR. If the supplier settles in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open My bookings, select the reservation and choose Cancel. If you are inside the free-cancellation window the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method.

How long does a refund take?

We release the refund within 24 hours of approval. It usually appears on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The supplier cancelled my booking — what now?

You get a full refund automatically and our operators contact you with alternative options at a comparable rate. See the Refund Policy for details.

How does the loyalty programme work?

Your tier rises with the number of completed bookings: Explorer, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Higher tiers unlock automatic discounts of up to 10%, co-funded by PackForBreak and the partner.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Account, Security and choose Delete account, or email privacy@packforbreak.com. We erase or anonymise your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

How do I list my hotel, transfers or tours?

Register on the List your business page and pick the services you offer. An area manager verifies your address and documents, then your listing goes live with a Verified badge.

When do partners get paid?

Payout runs go out twice a month for all completed stays and services, with a commission invoice attached in the Extranet.
