Terms of Service

PackForBreak operates an online marketplace that connects travellers with accommodation providers, transfer companies and activity operators (“suppliers”). We act as an intermediary: the travel service itself is provided by the supplier, and the booking contract for that service is between you and the supplier.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity on your account. Business accounts (partner, area manager, operator, finance, affiliate) are granted by PackForBreak and may be suspended when misused.

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include the supplier’s rate. Local taxes, city taxes and optional extras may be payable on arrival and are stated on the listing. You can pay online by card or, where the supplier allows it, at the property.

Member discounts are funded jointly by PackForBreak and the supplier and are applied before payment. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

Flash Deals are limited-time, member-only rates with restricted availability. Prices are visible to signed-in members, may sell out before the timer ends, and upcoming deals cannot be booked until they open. Each deal carries the cancellation policy shown on the deal card.

Each listing carries one of the following policies, shown before you pay:

• Flexible — Free cancellation up to 24h before arrival.
• Moderate — Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
• Strict — 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival, then non-refundable.
• Non-refundable — Best price, no refund after booking.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where a supplier cancels, you are entitled to a full refund or an alternative of equal standard.

Suppliers warrant that their listings are accurate, that they hold the licences required in their country, and that they will honour confirmed bookings and the published rates, availability and restrictions. Repeated overbooking, misleading photos or falsified addresses lead to removal.

Only guests with a completed booking can review. We do not publish fabricated reviews; new listings are marked as verified rather than being given ratings they have not earned. You keep ownership of the content you upload but grant us a licence to display it.

We are liable for the operation of the platform, not for the travel service itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
